LOWNET is a verifiable text exchange system based on: LOWTEXT (restricted text), LOWMSG (asynchronous messaging), LOWLINK (transport-agnostic delivery).
Verification and decryption always occur locally.
No single secret is sufficient. Meaning or decryption requires at least two independent verification classes:
Envelopes are immutable data objects. They are forwarded unchanged and deduplicated by stable message IDs.
A LOWNET network exists when two or more nodes exchange envelopes over at least one non-central transport path.
